Warrick opened Hodsons Estate Agents in Abingdon in 1990 and very quickly created a highly successful and trusted business which he continues to manage with the same drive and enthusiasm as he did nearly 30 years ago! Warrick ensures that future clients receive the same high standards of service that have maintained Hodsons as Abingdon’s top estate agent. Warrick’s interests include spending time with his family and walking his beagles on the ridgeway.

Marie joined the team in 2011 after working for Oxford University within customer care, and looking after their international clients. With over 7 years’ experience Marie has a brilliant reputation within and outside Hodsons and has an excellent knowledge within the local area. When she isn’t selling houses, Marie loves spending weekends mountain walking with her husband and visiting their children at University.
Jenni joined the company in early 2013 and very quickly proved herself to be a valuable addition to our Abingdon office as a Sales Negotiator.
Having come from a marketing and printing background, Jenni understands the importance of customer service and hard work. Growing up In Abingdon her local knowledge has helped her identify with our buyers. Out of work hours, Jenni loves spending time with her young family and keeping fit.

Jenny has many years of Estate Agency experience in Oxfordshire and previously London. Jenny performs an essential role in proactively and efficiently managing all of our sales. Jenny successfully communicates the progress of our sales to sellers, buyers and their solicitors ensuring that a satisfactory conclusion is achieved. Jenny’s great passion in life is countryside walking and playing tennis with the family.
Victoria is our lettings manager, she is responsible for building a professional lettings service alongside our already established estate agency brand.
Victoria brings a strong lettings and property management background, with over 20 years’ experience in Oxfordshire.
Victoria loves anything legal and keeps up to date with the ever changing legislation in lettings, with Victoria’s attention to detail, customer care and knowledge, she will provide landlords with complete peace of mind knowing that their important asset is in her safe pair of hands.
Victoria and her family live locally and she often spends time being a taxi driver to her son’s football matches.
